Beef Brisket
Our beef briskets weigh approximately three pounds but can be custom cut to meet our customer’s needs (with adequate notice). They are best cooked slowly in the oven. Although our beef briskets have quite a bit of marbling (as most do), they are a delicious cut and are popular amongst our regular customers.
