Our Hindquarters of Beef weigh approximately 175 lbs. We actually charge $8.00 per lb for hindquarters but need to include an approximate price to be able to advertise them on our website. For example, if your hindquarter weighs 175 lbs, it would cost $1400.00. Our hindquarters can be cut any way that you prefer and include all of our best cuts. All of our beef is free range and fed a bit of corn for flavor and taste.
