Side of Beef

Our sides of beef can be cut in any way you prefer. They include all of our cuts. However, if the customer prefers roasts, we can cut the side into more roasts. If the customer prefers steak, we can have the side cut into more steaks. The sides weigh approximately 400 lbs. We actually sell the sides of beef for $7.75 per lb but we have to put an estimate for a price on our website. For example, if the side weighs 400 lbs, it would cost $3,100.00. All of our beef is grass fed and fed a bit of corn to add flavor.
