Boneless Pork Leg Chops

When our customers come looking for a tasty, lean, and tender pork cut, we often suggest the boneless pork leg chops. Since they are taken from the leanest part of the leg, and are boneless, they make for a delicious meal any way they are prepared. Most often our customers use them for sweet and sour pork, but they also are great on the barbecue, in the oven, or on the frying pan. There are two chops in each package and they weigh approximately one pound.
