Our pork steak come two to a package. Each package weighs approximately 2 lbs and costs $7.75 per package. The pork steak are lean, boneless, and juicy. They are delicious on the barbecue, in the oven, or on the frying pan. They are also tender and delicious when cut up and used in stir fries.
