Spare ribs

Our spare ribs are avaiable as a 'rack of ribs'. Our ribs are very tender and the meat falls off the bone. A package of ribs weighs approximately 2 lbs. A 'rack of ribs' is perfect for a barbecue or to be cooked in the oven. Ribs cut individually, and not in a rack, are available upon request. Individually cut ribs are best for 'sweet n sour' ribs cooked in the oven or in a slow cooker. For more information on how to cook our ribs, check out our recipe page.
